Mohammed naweed bashir are looking 2+ bedroom house need asap in bradford for clean tidy quiet family in Bradford
Hello my names Mohammed Naweed Bashir me & my family are looking for a house to rent in Bradford -
need at least a 2 bedroom as we have a newly born daughter . Most areas accepted BUT NOT areas like Buttershaw, ravenscliffe or any other rough estate areas! Would like Bd2 undercliffe or any other nice quiet asian or mixed area (not just white area please) The house must be in reasonable condition dnt mind if needs decorating. Must be dogs allowed they will be kept outside in dog kennels they are very clean and not noisy, they will be walked at least 3 times aday with no mess in garden. Must be long term tenancy and accept DSS until we find work - Hopefully find work soon!
Will have Dss paid into your bank account. Rent needs to be around £400 p/m - £500 MAX. Bond would need to be very cheap or if we can pay in installments weekly after we have moved in that would be great and very appreicated.
We are very clean, quiet tennants. they will be myself, my partner & our newly born daughter living at the property. we are currently living in Halifax but want to move back to bradford as family live here.
